Ch U-CD Crocs-Blancs' Volcanic Ash CD, MX, OAJ, NAP, NJP, ASCA CD, AD, PD1, NAC, RS-N, CGC, HCT, TT, TDI, ROM First Class, "Ashley", is the foundation bitch of Merson Belgian Malinois. Ashley is OFA excellent, OFEL, OFA patellas/cardiac/thyroid, CERF and AKC DNA profiled. She is the dam of 15 champions out of only three litters. Her puppies include: a group winner/multiple group placers/nationally ranked Malinois, multiple National Specialty AOM winners, ROMs, herding, tracking, agility & obedience titled dogs. Ashley kids are also active therapy dogs. Daughter "Ivy" is a HIT winner in herding as well as the first Belgian of any variety to earn the HC MACH UDT string of titles. Sons "Vandy" and "Jake" were HIT winners in obedience. She is the granddam of multiple champions, obedience & agility titled Malinois, including Ch Merson's Wildcat CD, SchI, OA, BH "Della", the WB/BOW at the 2003 ABMC National Specialty. Ashley was quite active in agility. She completed her MX title, Master Agility Excellent, in October of 2004 at nearly 12 years of age. Ashley won Best in Working Sweepstakes at the 2002 ABMC National Specialty, she was the High Scoring Excellent Standard 24" Malinois the second day of the National Specialty 2002 agility trial and she also won the Veteran Bitch class. She continued her winning ways by winning BOS in Veterans Sweeps & 1st in the Veterans Bitch class at the 2007 National Specialty. Ashley's outgoing temperament and confident nature make her a JOY and she is still going strong at 15+ yrs of age. Ash has retired from competition and she enjoys quiet & relaxing times at home with us as a regal lady who has nothing left to prove. It is a breeder's dream to have a bitch that passes on such outstanding temperaments and biddability to her offspring and we see these same traits in her grandpuppies/great-grandpuppies. Kevin and I are truly fortunate to have such a phenomenal Malinois!
